When the pandemic shutdown of 2020 abruptly ended my 6th grade school year, I needed something to fill the long, quiet days. I turned to painting and drawing, first experimenting with landscapes and sunsets just to pass the time. At first, I wasn’t especially interested in art, but after spending hours on YouTube I began following talented artists who shared tutorials and inspiration. I dug out an old art set I had from 3rd grade and started practicing along with their lessons. Slowly, my technique evolved, and what began as a distraction grew into a passion. Today, I’m a young artist who specializes in creating detailed, hand-drawn pet portraits. To commission a piece, all you need to do is send me a high-resolution, close-up photo of your pet by text or email. I’ll reply with a personalized quote that includes both pricing and an estimated timeline. Most portraits take about two to three days to complete and range from $70 to $110 depending on size and complexity. Payments are accepted through Venmo or Zelle, but only after you’ve approved the final portrait—I want you to love the finished product! As an animal lover, I also believe in giving back, so for every commission I donate at least 10% of proceeds to my local animal shelter. Creating these portraits combines my love for art and animals, and each drawing is crafted with care to capture the unique personality of your furry family member.
